Greetings my name is John Fisher
President/CEO of Blissful Enterprise Outreaches (BEO). I'm very glad that you stopped by to see our web site; I have a lot to share with you, and I'm very excited to explain all the beautiful areas of Blissful Enterprise Outreaches to you. So lets get started!!!
First, BEO is a not for profit organization, a 501(c)(3) public charity, that was organized on 04/07/2004, for the sole purpose of helping *ex-offenders just being released from prison with a safe place to live until they find a job, find a place to live in order to move on with their new lives more easily.
By helping the *ex-offender with these basic needs will help in the decrease of recidivism of ex-offenders even more, thus saving the state and tax payers millions of dollars each year.
Most of all----by helping the *ex-offenders as much as one can,and encouraging them to live better lives, will help to reduce crime, which will also help out society, and less future victims.
We will be willing to work with ex-offenders to help them to learn some basic tools to better equip them for the society that they will be going into.
Sharing with them basic living skills, social skills, work skills that will be assets in their lives in society.
We want to be there for the ex-offenders that are serious about changing their lives for the better, and to help those that are truly serious about wanting this "Second Chance" in their lives.
The ex-offender knowing and understanding that this "Second Chance" will have to be earned by their ongoing hard work, their determination, and it is NOT an entitlement, something that is expected simply because they done their time in prison.
They done the crime, they done the time, and it will be up to them to build their new lives once they are back in society again.
It will be a long, hard road, many have traveled it before them and have succeeded and so can they...
*ex-offender means= all people being released from prison on parole may it be any time sentenced offender, sex offender-time sentenced or on conditional release
