Blissful Enterprise Outreaches "To Help Those That Want A Second Chance!!!!" In our society of today there is a growing concern about ex-offenders, and sex offenders being released back into the community, understandable, but about 85% of all offenders that go to prison will be out in a determinable amount of time, all to soon, but they will be released back into society. This state of Illinois is trying it's best to help out ex-offenders by helping them with different places to live until they have a job so the ex-offender can soon be supporting themselves, and their families once again. Also there are a number of different programs like AA, NA, and different S.O. (sex offender) groups to continue to help all ex-offenders. All of this is very good news, and the recidivism rate in ex-offenders is decreasing, in turn saving the state/tax payers millions of dollars a year. More can be done to help out even more ex-offenders just being released from prison, plus help out ex-offenders that are in our communities today. Jobs and places to live are hard to come by for any of us, it is even harder for an ex-offender; these basic needs can determine if the ex-offender will be a productive, tax paying citizen, or part of that 54% recidivism rate of this state. All of this can be acheived with little to no expense of the state, and Blissful Enterprise Outreaches can soon save this state millions of dollars per year, help out countless ex-offenders, in turn this will be helping our communities as well. Just the other day I heard the Illinois governor say that he will be cutting $1.5 Billion from the state budget. Sounds like a lot of good programs will be cut. Welcome to our web site and let us share with you some of the programs that we will soon be offering ex-offenders throughout this state. I know that society is upset at times with all of the money that is being spent on ex-offenders/sex offenders and little that is going for the victims, which is fully understandable. But for every ex-offender/sex offender that is helped from these programs, and these people choose not to re-offend, that is less future crimes and victims. Plus society doesn't want any ex-offender living in their community, well enough alone their neighborhood, so Serenity Acres will be a great place for all concerned, plus all the programs that will soon be there to help the ex-offender in their decision making process. These are just a few of the many pay-offs of all these programs--- which is summed up into our motto "NO MORE VICTIMS!!!"
